What’s on Your Shelf? Supershelf Edition!

The beacons were lit and Cory “Shonuff” Gelnett more than answered! I’m not even sure how much I can say about Cory’s collection that his photos don’t already shout. This may be our most image heavy “What’s on Your Shelf?” article yet! I wasn’t able to include every photo Cory gave us, so enjoy this feast of a collection.

As Cory himself says, “I have over 1400 RPG books, dating back to the white box and wood box , Chainmail and up to 5th edition, to Gamma World, to Talisantia to Firefly RPG. Special books in collection, 3 1st print Dieties and Demigods, 1 autographed, and the Red Dwarf RPG.” Let’s take a look!

Of course, all of those games need a table to be played on! Cory says that the gaming table is a 4×7 underlit with a drop-in 40” LCD tv in the tabletop.

And all of these games need dice! Notice how some of Cory’s collection (this is just a taste!) requires a crayon for the numbers.

This is my favorite part though. Cory’s mini display. I’ll quote Cory for the actual numbers, “There are over 3500 Miniatures, pewter, plastic and resin. From Old Citadel or TSR licensed, to Games Workshop to Reaper and Otherworldly. Hasslefree and Effincool minis.”

Okay, that isn’t actually my favorite part of Cory’s collection. It’s the display shelf his minis are in. Cory says, “The shelf is 2×6 decking wood, with 4” glass shelves, took 5 weeks to build and finish.” The best part is that Cory’s shelf has a remote control and watch what that does!

Normally, I’d end this by saying something like “Well, that’s it for this What’s On Your Shelf? article.” Yet, this really isn’t it, this is just a selection of Cory’s impressive collection and I hope our readers enjoy ogling it and get some great storage inspiration from it.
